R.TCMP John J.H. Liu received his bachelor degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Nanjing University of TCM, his master degree in Acupuncture and his doctor degree in TCM Internal Medicine（Oncology） from Zhejiang Chinese Medical University. He started to clinically practice Chinese medicine from 1988, using acupuncture and Chinese medicine to treat various pain disorders, paralytic diseases, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus erythematosus and other autoimmune diseases. He also successfully applied the unique acupuncture and Chinese medicine target treatment to tumour, internal medicine and gynecology. The results are clinically proven to be significant. Dr. Liu has won many advanced science and technology awards in the departmental and provincial level. He published up to sixty essays on professional magazines both at home and aboard, participated in the writing of many professional books and was one of the judges for the Chinese National Science Foundation. His project, The Analysis of  Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Target Treatment, was strongly supported by the Chinese National Science Foundation and the Zhejiang Provincial Health Care Outstanding Scholarship.

Mr. Liu pursued his studies for many years, obtained great knowledge from various teachers that worked in internal medicine and gynecology. He also elaborately studied classic books of Chinese medicine , including Huangdi Neijing,Theory of Shang-Han and Miscellaneous Diseases, A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion, Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion and so on. By absorbing the core fundamentals of the classics and with twenty years of clinical practice, Dr. Liu accumulated rich experience in treating pain disorders and paralytic diseases with acupuncture and treating tumors and gynecologic diseases using the  acupuncture and Chinese medicine target treatment. He gradually formed a unique style of treatment----to determine the primary cause of the disease first and then use target treatment to minimize potential harm. This means that while the disease gets cured, patient's whole body condition also gets improved. This type of treatment prevents recurrence and therefore benefits patients for a lifetime. Many patients felt completely different after treatments with more energy and stronger immune system defense.

Mr. Liu was never tired of hands-on practice, analyzing of patient's symptoms, making connection to the classic books and creating his own techniques. During 20-years of acupuncture practice, Mr. Liu invented "Axupuncture Method of One Needle with Several Directions""Painless Acupuncture Method ""Muscle-Relaxing Acupuncture Method"and "Acupuncture Method for Five Different Tissue" to solve for tissue pain disorder, nervous system disorder and paralytic diseases. He also invented the unique "Target Treatment" that induces the direction of the distribution of Chinese medicine in the body, both using acupuncture and Chinese medicine. Based on correct diagnosis, target treatments for tumour, pain disorder, internal and  gynecological diseases all showed remarkable results and received positive feedbacks from patients.
